When you create a Facebook Business Page it will have an address something like this:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Testing-and-Page-Demo/228916540468800
Facebook will assign your Business Page a unique URL once you have at least 25 “likes”. But you have to ask them using the correct procedure. There are two ways to do it.
Method #1 – (you must be logged in and have “admin” privileges)
Step 1 – Click on “Edit Info” near the top of your page…

Step 2 – Click on “Basic Information”…
If you do not have 25 likes it will look like this:

If you DO have 25 or more likes it will look like this:

Step 3 – Click “Create a username for this page?”
Step 4 – Select the appropriate Page:

Step 5 – “Enter the desired username” – Make sure you spell it exactly as you want it to be. You cannot change it once it is set…

Step 6 – Check availability and Finalize your choice.
That’s it! You’re done.
The alternative method is very similar, but has a slightly different starting point. It is useful if you administer a number of different Facebook Pages.
1. Go to http://www.facebook.com/username
2. Login to Facebook
3. All of the Fan Pages that you administer are displayed in a dropbox list. Select the page from the list.
4. Type the Facebook username that you want to use for your vanity URL
5. Click “check availability”
6. Read the warning message. Make sure your username is typed correctly – once you click confirm YOU CAN’T CHANGE IT !!
7. Click “confirm”
